Looking For a Few Good Bands

My portfolio primarily consists of live music and candid shots – I need
some "posed" shots. So I'm looking for two bands that need promo shots
done. It doesn't matter what type of music the band plays, but the band
does need to be focused and have a defined marketing angle.

To submit your band for consideration, please send an email to
Danielle@DigitalDani.com that includes the following information: band
name, band history, band genre, whether you've had promo shots done in
the past for this band and/or any band, your website address, your
marketing focus, and any ideas that you have for your band's photo
shoot. Important: If your email doesn't include this information, it won't be considered!

I will be in contact with each band that submits a proposal and will
choose two bands by June 30th. Please understand up front that
bands will be chosen primarily on the above listed criteria, as well as
whether or not we have compatible styles. In other words, I will be
applying subjective criteria.

Additionally, if your band is not chosen, keep in mind that I'm
still taking
live shots for darn near free – two names on the guest list – one for
me and one for the poor soul who gets stuck being my assistant for the
night and a twenty-five dollar minimum purchase (that'll get you three
shots for your website). Also keep in mind my final caveat:
Live shots are
trickier than posed shots – a lot depends on the lighting. So if
you're playing a club that doesn't have good lighting, your shots will
reflect that. (I do have some tricks up my sleeve to help minimize the
effects of bad lighting, and will certainly employ them. I wnat you to
look good!)
